We chose this retreat out of the many on offer across Europe due to it having the most authentic feel. We are so happy that we picked this one. Our only concern was the accomodation being fairly rustic but those worries were quickly put to rest. We were in love with how cosy our cabin was and how welcoming and peaceful the entire property is. The cabin had everything we needed, Including heating, storage, air conditioning, ensuite and cosy lighting. We both had four nights of the best sleeps of our lives, possibly due to the healing energy, serenity and tranquility of Fundalucia. The best part was most definitely the sessions with Thomas and Lena. I had many insights about myself and what I want through the hypnoses sessions and confronted with some deep feelings that I had buried. I think it is better to live this experience than to tell it. I can only say that the 395 euros that I have paid are not proportional to the treatment and the people that I have met during this retreat. Those who stay, many of them repeaters, describe this site as a welcoming, quiet place, where you can meet very interesting people or simply enjoy the solitude that the different corners of this site provide. All who run the lodge are generous, loving and helpful people. Axel solves any questions or problems you may have quickly and explains what you need with kindness and patience. Maryna, the masseuse, has a gift in her hands. Your massage, and I already told you personally, is the best massage I've ever had. Spend almost two hours using oriental techniques culminating with bathing gongs on your own body, for your chakras (I think) Master Thomas has managed, through hypnosis, to experience things that I have not felt before. If you really want to take advantage of this retreat, I recommend that you leave your conscience, your ego and your prejudices at home, to come with an open mind to what the space can offer you, the people who make it up and Thomas. It can be a great gift for you if you go with an open mind. But beyond all this, I have found in Thomas a great friend, who I wish will last in time, a host who has opened the doors of his house to me enjoying his food (which he personally made us every day) and his company, receiving a generosity from his hands that has surpassed me. In these five days you live in a humble cabin, you eat what Master Thomas prepares, you enjoy the people who stay in this place and you let yourself go in the hypnosis sessions, to work what you have come willing to work for. , discover or unlock by finishing balancing yourself with Maryna's massage. I am grateful for having had this experience. THANK YOU.

It is very difficult to describe in words my experience lived in this retreat, since the discovery that you make of yourself surprises you. Obviously, all this is thanks to the human personnel who do it as well as the environment in which you are. Humanly I have nothing more than words of gratitude and appreciation towards Thomas, you cannot imagine how it reaches your entrails and takes out of you everything that you do not know that you keep inside you. Thank you Thomas, thank you for sharing with me so many hours, so much knowledge, stories and help, thank you for that trip that we made on Sunday where you introduced me to very surprising people and that I will carry them in me as well as You. Without a doubt we will see each other again, a Being like You cannot be forgotten. Thanks Axel, how great you are !!!, always aware that we are well, comfortable, well fed, etc., also very deep conversations and always with a smile to cheer up your day. I have come out of here a new woman, I feel refreshed and the place itself is so magical peaceful and relaxing. I had the best experience with Thomas and the trance sessions meeting my inner child, and my guides, i really did go soul diving. He made me feel so relaxed and after each session I felt lighter and lighter. I feel like a brand bee woman. Thomas kindly took me to see the healer not too far from the retreat (not included in the package) and that experience was just one I will also keep in my heart forever. Axel was so kind to me and made me feel at home, we went on a hike up one of the mountains which really was breath taking. I also had the best massage off marina she is so kind and her hands are magical! And I met a lot of nice people, Maria who worked there too helped me to open up, she really is a beautiful soul too and I feel like I’ve made a friend for life Over all experience was something I can’t explain I have come out of the retreat with answers to questions I had and I truly believe I’ve been healed of my problem I had when I went in there. The food cooked by Thomas was also amazing! All of the workers play their part on helping you. I Will definitely be back to visit again!

In February of this year, I came to Fundalucia by chance, for a weekend in the mountains. What a nice surprise, when I realized, that walking in the mountains would be just one more activity of the weekend and not the main activity! From the first moment I could feel the special energy of the place, enhanced by the warm welcome offered by Axel. The place was idyllic and I was fascinated by meeting Thomas: a shaman, a sage, a person with special qualities; a person, I had been looking for some time, but did not really know how to find. And there he was, he appeared! Although in reality he had been there for more than 30 years ... Life never ceases to amaze me with its processes. This time I only had time for an introductory talk with him, I had the opportunity to meet him and have a glance at his activity in this beautiful place. In the end he gave me a copy of his book "Andalusia, land of shamans", where he explains his trip from Germany to Quéntar and the encounters, that throughout this time he had with healers in Andalusia. So we planned, to take a few days in the future for getting a hypnosis sessions. This first time time though, I had the chance, to receive a massage from Maryna. If attending a chat with Thomas was already a hypnotic and relaxing event by itself, being in the hands of his partner, plunged me into a state of complete peace and relaxation, as I have not felt for a long time!
On my second visit to the house, later in summer, having read the book and with enough time to do everything planned without stress, I attended the hypnosis sessions with Thomas. Actually two of them: a first one, that allowed me to connect with my subconscious and another, in which I discovered and connected with my inner child. It is difficult for me to explain both, what happened in these sessions and the surprisingly positive consequences of them, because in my opinion this is something, that escapes the logical and rational mind. But what I can express, is my gratitude to Thomas for helping me and granting me so much peace, strength, light, trust and ease. I had needed it for a long time and had not been able to obtain it by no means! Another of the activities that I did on this occasion, was a visit to a local healer in the area. It was a gift, to be able to experience personally one of the stories, that I had been reading about with so much enthusiasm during spring! In summary, I highly recommend this experience to everyone, especially to those, who feel that this capitalist-consumerist farce, in which we are unfortunately involved, does not fully fulfill them ... Although at second thought - whom does it fulfill? ;)

It is difficult for me to be brief in sharing what I experienced in my five-days retreat. I will do it in parts.
Thomas is someone with a great spiritual background, he is fluent in the trance therapy and he is a great guide in finding the answers one is looking for. Session after session the hypnosis grows deeper and stronger and one goes further and further on the journey. But Thomas is not only a therapist, he is also a master in itself and a person with a big heart, who is always willing to share it and this is what I liked the most about him.
The experience with Maryna was amazing. There is nothing mechanical about her massage. Everything is delivery, service and connection with the other. It is incredible that such small hands can give away something so great!
Axel offers his friendship from the very first second. He is someone crystal clear and without folds. He has great empathy and he had an enormous patience to answer the thousand and one questions I asked him. The excursion through the mountains was another of the high points of this retreat.
The place is beautiful, with all the comforts, for those who want or need them.
The food, made by Thomas himself or by Maryna, was simple but so tasty that it became another of the daily enjoyments.
